SANDALWOOD HARVESTING

A large number of commercial Western Australian Sandalwood plantations in the WA Wheatbelt are reaching an age where they may be considered for harvesting.

We recently worked together with a crew from the Woolkabunning Kiaka Aboriginal Corporation to conduct a resource inventory across a large sandalwood plantation in the Great Southern region.

The results of the inventory will determine ongoing management strategies with a view to harvest.
