SOUTH EAST ASIA INDIAN SANDALWOOD

MARCH 2020

Throughout the Pacific Island nations and South East Asia there are large numbers of local villagers planting Indian Sandalwood around their homes. The value of a single tree can be enough to pay for basic family needs and education.

This typical specimen was recently seen in a village garden in Timor Leste.
